A1. Adult Deluxe New Driver Package

The Deluxe Value New Driver Package is designed for first time drivers over age 18, to achieve a reasonable driving proficiency to operate a motor vehicle in a safe and efficient manner. This package will provide an advanced skill set necessary to qualify for a driver’s license.       ·          5 Two-hour drive sessions for a total of 10 hours ·          Use of Nelson Driving School, LLC car for WA state skills test ·          Pick up and drop off at a mutually agreed upon location within Whatcom County ·          Does not include WA state skills test fee
